Inductotherm Corp. has a long-established history of providing uninterrupted customer support 24/7/365. During this crisis, will you still able to do that?
Yes, even more. We are continuing the tradition of providing our customer support 24/7/365. Because like many of your companies, our business is considered essential, we are continuing to run our operation but with many adjustments. Some of our employees are working remotely and others are staggering their time in the office so that we can more easily maintain proper social distance from one another. Our team also uses proper PPE and sanitizing guidelines as well to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our facility in Rancocas, NJ.
How can your Sales Team work and meet with customers during this time?
While working remotely and replacing face-to-face meetings with video conferences and phone calls may not be ideal, we can use these resources to stay connected and help almost all our customers. You can contact your District Manager for virtually any request, and they can make sure you are well taken care of. Our Sales and Management Teams are also always standing by and remain ready to help.
I was looking forward to seeing you at a show. Now what?
We always look forward to meeting with our customers at trade shows and other events, however, due to the COVID-19 virus, some of our trade shows that were scheduled in the next few months have been either postponed or cancelled.
