Inductotherm field service technicians are best equipped to help you keep your equipment in top condition. They are available for repair, rebuild and preventative maintenance of induction melting equipment. Each technician is supported by a network of diagnostic tools and support staff. We can bring your system up to its most technologically advanced level and help with all of your current and future needs. Our customer service and support team is the strongest and most experienced in the industry. Because we know what modifications and upgrades are available, we can help you determine what is best for you and your melting equipment.

Winter is Coming!

Below are some key steps to winterize your equipment.

  1. Make sure that the diversion valve in your water system is functioning properly.
  2. Check that you have sufficient AND proper anti-freeze mixed into your water system.
  3. Ensure that the automatic function in your cooling system is in proper working condition.
  4. If equipped with an in-line water heater, please ensure that it is operational.
  5. If equipped with cooling tower dampers and sump heaters, please ensure they are in proper working condition.
