Melt-Manager® Plus™ Computer Control System: Inductotherm’s newest product, Melt-Manager® Plus™, is the next generation of built-in melt automation for VIP® power supplies. This optional computerized melting control system provides the operator with: computerized controls to assist with melting, preheating and sintering operations; an easy to use Microsoft® Windows®-based, full-color, touch-sensitive, flat panel screen for both display and control input; an automated collection of key operational data with the ability to graphically display or export that data; network support via a standard Ethernet link; and imbedded drawings and instructions. Featuring a full color LCD touch screen interface for both display and control input, it provides the furnace operator with easy to use automated controls and graphical display of key operational information to assist with melting, preheating and sintering operations.
Meltminder® 200 Computer Control System: Provides complete melt shop computer control under Microsoft® Windows NT®. Designed for foundries of all sizes, the Meltminder® 200 System is easy to learn and use. It provides monitoring and control of sintering, cold-start, charging, melting and holding for as many as four furnaces. System is fully configured to each foundry's equipment and operations and can be linked to a wide variety of other tools, including remote displays, temperature measurement devices, C-E analyzers, spectrometers, demand controllers and scoreboard readouts. The Meltminder® 200 System offers a variety of useful standard operational reports and can generate custom reports.
