Our VIP® Induction Power Supply Systems are the most advanced on the market today but as technology is ever-changing and advancing, so are we. To improve each units overall efficiency and safety, Inductotherm has various options that can be retrofitted as needed to provide you with the most advanced equipment without replacing entire units.

AC Line Spike Suppressor:
Protect your VIP® induction power supply systems from electrical power surges. We're all familiar with the possible consequences to electrical equipment from electrical spikes on incoming power lines. Power line spikes, even on high-voltage lines, are far too common to be ignored. We now offer a more advanced way to protect your VIP® induction power supply. The AC Line Spike Suppressor provides built-in protection from a range of incoming electrical spikes. The important protection offered by the AC Line Spike Suppressor is available on new equipment and can also be retrofitted to most existing power supplies.

Ground & Leak Detector:
Our Ground and Leak Detector System, for use with
most coreless induction furnaces and power supply units, is
crucial to safe melting and holding operations. The system is designed to provide important protection against electrical shock and warning of metal-to-coil penetration, a highly dangerous
condition that could lead to a furnace eruption or explosion.
To help ensure that your ground leak probe is fully grounded
to assist in helping to protect your employees and your melting equipment, Inductotherm offers an easy-to-use, hand-held test device. This device allows you to electronically check the operating integrity of your furnace’s ground leak probe.
