|VIP®-I™ Series of Induction Power Supplies:
Inductotherm’s new VIP®-I™ series of IGBT-based induction power supply systems, in the 15 kW to 600 kW range, feature advanced IGBT power components, husky copper bus bars, precise and responsive digital controls, informative diagnostic functions and can be fully configured with a variety of options. VIP®-I™ units are significantly smaller and more compact than prior silicon controlled rectifiers units in this size range.
|VIP® Multiple-Output Induction Power Supplies:
VIP® Multiple-Output Systems, like our Dual-Trak®, Tri-Trak® and Quad-Trak™ Systems, can power two or more furnaces simultaneously for greater production with a minimum investment for each ton of metal being poured. Some of the many advantages include: a single power unit with the batch production capacity of multiple units; increased alloy flexibility; equipment power utilization levels approaching 100% and the ability to direct full rated power to one furnace while fully isolating another during maintenance operations.

VIP® Multi-Switch™ Power Supply Systems closely control the desired temperature over the entire hot zone with two or more multiplexed power outputs heating separate sections of the susceptor independently to provide full and precise zoned temperature control for a wide variety of high temperature controlled atmosphere heating and sintering operations such as CVD, CVI and carbon carbon composite production.
