Inductotherm Corp. is proud to announce that it has received re-certification to ISO 9001:2008 and has maintained it without interruption since it first achieved certification in 1993.

Inductotherm Corp., an Inductotherm Group company, is proud to announce that it has received re-certification to ISO 9001:2008. Inductotherm first achieved ISO 9001 certification in 1993 and has maintained it since then without interruption. ISO 9001:2008 covers all aspects of company operations, from sales and engineering to manufacturing and servicing to project management and installation.

Our dedication to quality is more than just a word: it is a way of life and working, and an ongoing achievement. This has been confirmed in the Re-certification Audit Report done in 2009. It stated that “All [Inductotherm] employees interviewed demonstrated a strong desire to uphold the Quality Policy and continually participate in improving their assigned processes.”

Our commitment to quality has been consistent. Between Re-certification Audits, Surveillance Audits are done yearly to ensure that the high standards are maintained. Our last Surveillance Audit in 2008 stated that “All staff interviewed have a strong understanding of their role and commitment to the quality management system and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction plus continual process improvement.”
